Program Description

Six Pax Gym, through third-party service providers, may use an autodialer to deliver text messages to you. Six Pax Gym text messages are intended to provide you with appointment reminders, billing and account support, marketing and promotional information regarding Six Pax Gym’s services.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Six Pax Gym text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Six Pax does not impose a separate fee for sending Six Pax text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.   

STOP Information

Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to 310 619 5753 to stop receiving Six Pax Gym text messages (you will receive a confirmation text).

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Six Pax Gym immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Six Pax Gym of a number change by contacting Customer Care at 310 591-0537.

You agree to indemnify Six Pax Gym in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Six Pax Gym if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. 

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of Six Pax Gym text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Six Pax Gym’s control, and Six Pax Gym is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages). 

Changes in SMS Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. You should look at the Terms regularly.

Your continued opt-in to receive messages from Six Pax Gym following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you wish to opt out receiving communications from Six Pax Gym under the updated Terms, you may text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to (310) 619 - 5753 (you will receive a confirmation text).
